Overview
DTZ-WK Electronic Scanning Switch Automatic Test System is mainly used to switch and collect signals from thermal resistors and thermocouple temperature sensors, and is suitable for industrial scenarios that require batch multi-point temperature measurement. The DTMC-mK301-WK scanning switch device, with its excellent performance and unique functions, provides an efficient and accurate solution for the rapid switching and data reading of multi-channel temperature signals. As a functional expansion device for the mK301 high-precision temperature meter, the DTMC-mK301-WK scanning switch device can realize real-time viewing of multi-channel and multi-type temperature signals and synchronously display the electrical measurement and temperature data of each channel.

1. Automatic RTD testing
The DTMC-mK301-WK electronic scanning switch device is deeply integrated with the mK301 high-precision thermometer, and is equipped with a standard device and a constant temperature source to form a complete two-wire/three-wire/four-wire resistance measurement system. The system supports flexible manual/automatic dual-mode operation to meet the needs of different detection scenarios; it displays the resistance electrical measurement value and the corresponding temperature value in real time and synchronously, and completes accurate conversion through the built-in algorithm. All data are directly presented on the mK301 main interface, realizing efficient processing of the entire process from signal acquisition to result analysis.
2. Automatic thermocouple testing
The DTMC-mK301-WK scanning switch device is deeply integrated with the mK301 high-precision thermometer, and is equipped with a standard, a constant temperature source, a reference end thermostat, and a Pt100 sensor to form a complete thermocouple measurement and calibration system. The system supports the detection of a full range of thermocouple signals of S/R/B/K/N/J/E/T/We3/We5, can automatically complete the real-time conversion of electrical measurement values/temperature values, and display them synchronously on the mK301 main interface, realizing the full process automation from signal acquisition to result output, ensuring high-precision, multi-type temperature measurement needs.
