Introduction

The DTS-CT Smart Calibration Bath features touchscreen control and operation with an intelligent human-machine interface, making the device more convenient, simple, and practical to use.Its structural design utilizes a dual-chamber-side-stirring technology and achieves an optimal uniform temperature field through intelligent PID regulation. This design meets the requirements for calibration, validation, and verification of various temperature sensors, including low-temperature thermocouples, industrial resistance thermometers, pressure thermometers, bimetallic thermometers, and liquid-in-gas thermometers.

1. Adjustable heating and cooling rates：The rate of temperature rise and fall can be adjusted, and the rate of temperature rise and fall can be set freely. According to the set rate of temperature rise and fall, the temperature rises and falls at a uniform speed to meet the verification / calibration of various temperature switches.

9. Comprehensive communication support: Smart models support USB, Wi-Fi, WLAN, and serial communication, enabling data upload and export.

10. Smart large touchscreen control: A large capacitive touchscreen is embedded with intuitive operation system The smart interface supports multi-function window displays, enabling easy temperature setting and one-click startup.

11. Language and units: The system supports English and Chinese interfaces. Temperature units can be switched between Fahrenheit (°F), Celsius (°C), and Kelvin (K).

12. Multi-layer insulation：The multi-layer insulating structure effectively blocks thermal bridges, ensuring stable temperature fields and minimal fluctuations while preventing burns or frostbite. Built-in overflow circuits protect surfaces from liquid contamination.

13. Dual independent protection circuits: Dual independent protection circuits automatically cut power in case of overheating, providing enhanced safety.

14. Smart energy-saving mixer：The mixer is controlled by the smart system based on the startup conditions and the liquid temperature. This design reduces noise, minimizes power consumption, and extends equipment service life.
